Does Sliderz handle size and color variants?

Yes, natively. You scan a variant and stock updates on the right size and color, with no ambiguity.

How do I import my catalog from my previous system?

Through a configurable Excel/CSV file or a direct export. Go-live support covers items, barcodes, variants and stock levels.

Do stocktakes bring the shop to a stop?

No. With rolling stocktakes, you spread the checks category by category across the year. For a full stocktake, you scan without interrupting sales.

What happens when a customer returns an item?

Stock updates automatically and VAT is adjusted. No extra accounting entry.

Is the supplier EDI connection included in every plan?
